You live in Bandung, and you've spent your career mastering the unique rhythm of the Food & Beverage industry. You know how to navigate the complexities of General Trade (GT) and Food Service channels, and nothing satisfies you more than watching your product volume grow week by week.

We are looking for an F&B veteran like you to take the next step. Join us as our Area Sales Supervisor (Bandung Raya) and lead the charge for Kenangan RTDa brand that is redefining the category.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 23 years of experience as an Area Sales Supervisor in FMCG (Food & Beverage category)
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven FMCG General Trade Distributor management experience in Bandung Raya Area is a must.
  • Food Service Channel Distributor management experience covering Bandungarea will be a plus
  • Strong experience in General Trade and Food Service channels
  • Experience managing distributors
  • Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in English and Sundanese.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Based in Bandung and willing to relocate if required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and activate outlets
  • Break down sales targets and distribution objectives for each Sales Representative
  • Ensure continuous performance improvement of coached salesmen, and conduct training or coaching to the sales team.
  • Provide clear direction on sales programs and ensure effective field execution
  • Monitor sales performance and provide solutions to issues encountered in the field
  • Identify and develop new potential distributors to expand market coverage in the assigned area
  • Monitor distributor warehouse stock, including near-expiry products
  • Ensure proper handling and realization of FEFO products and timely product deliveries
  • Monitor and control POSM installation in the Bandung
  • Manage and monitor sell-out performance across GT and Food Service
  • Manage and validate new customer registrations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer data and supporting documents
