Area Sales Specialist

Job Description:

• Supervise dealer sales performance and execute strategies to achieve sales targets in Malang, Blitar, Pasuruan, Probolinggo, Lumajang, Jember, Bondowoso, Situbondo, Bondowoso.
• Conduct regular dealer visits for product training, sales support, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective area strategies.
• Ensure smooth implementation of promotions, product launches, and support new dealer/branch openings.
• Prepare sales and market reports while maintaining collaboration with dealer, sales, and marketing teams.
• Provide coaching for dealer networks and willing to travel for business trips within the assigned area.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of sales experience and 1 year in Supervisor level, preferably in automotive industry.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
• Experienced in handling dealer networks, achieving sales targets, and understanding East Java(Malang, Blitar, Pasuruan) market areas.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel frequently across assigned areas.
