Area Manager – Retail
Work Locations (Branches):

- Bogor
- Makassar

- Semarang
- Surabaya
- Malang
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall performance of retail branches within the assigned area.
- Develop and execute sales and operational strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate Store Managers and retail teams to ensure high performance and professionalism.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and customer service standards across all outlets.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, operational costs, and prepare regular management reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Head Office to ensure smooth retail operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Area Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or similar role in retail, distribution, or building materials industry.
- Proven experience in managing multiple branches and sales teams within a region.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.
