Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related major
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling MTI and GT Channel (HABA)
• Have experience in managing territory of Sumatera Region
• Have a background in FMCG industry and or beauty/cosmetics
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools

Responsibilities:

• Manage target active outlet by ensuring full coverage of key accounts and optimal outlet penetration
• Develop underperforming outlets to achieve growth potential
• Implementing effective sales plans, trade marketing programs, and promotional activities to achieve all revenue target
• Drive revenue Sales Target (Pcs) through active account management, customer relationship building, and execution of sales strategies
• Lead, coach, and motivate, sales teams to ensure alignment with company values and engagement in achieving area objectives
• Develop area-level sales plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely execution of marketing and trade initiatives
• Track and analyze sales performance, outlet metrics, and profitability. Provide regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement
