Manage and supervise sales operations within a specific area/territory.
Lead, coach, and monitor Team Leaders and Sales Agents to achieve area sales targets.
Implement regional sales strategy at area level and ensure execution.
Monitor financing portfolio quality, ensuring low delinquency and compliance with risk standards.
Develop local partnerships (dealers, merchants, communities) to expand sales channels

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Finance.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience with at least 1-2 years in area sales manager role
Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive sales teams.
Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Data-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
Target-driven with good motivational and coaching skills.
Familiarity with financing products and credit processes is a plus
