I. Position Overview
The International Area Sales Manager is a core strategic role driving the company's international business expansion. This position is responsible for achieving regional sales targets, building and managing channel networks, and maintaining key customer relationships in assigned territories. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in sports medicine/minimally invasive orthopedics, proven distributor management capabilities, and strong cross-cultural business acumen.

II. Key Responsibility
- Sales Target Delivery: Formulate regional sales plans and independently achieve sales KPIs and product penetration targets, translating corporate strategy into quantifiable results
- Channel Development & Management: Source and onboard new distributor partners, expand and maintain existing channels, track operational dynamics, and produce analysis reports to support channel evaluation and optimization
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain clinical KOLs and core hospital clients, provide surgical support and tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle including bidding, demonstration, negotiation, and contract execution
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes; compile and report analysis to management; support the Registration team on product market access initiatives
- Marketing Event Execution: Collaborate with HQ Marketing to execute regional exhibitions, academic conferences, and hands-on training sessions that enhance brand influence and product penetrate
III. Job Requirements
(A) Work Experience
- Industry Experience: 3 years in sports medicine industry
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in new market 0→1 development, intraoperative assistance, and surgical technical support
- Cross-cultural Experience: Business liaison experience in the assigned overseas region, with solid understanding of local commercial
- Achievement Record: Demonstrated success in delivering regional sales KPIs, developing KOLs, and managing distribitions
(B) Professional Knowledge
- Proficient in sports medicine, minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures, and surgical workflow; fully understands core product technologies and competitive advantages
- Language: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for business communication and documentation; proficiency in local language is a strong plus

- Channel Development & Management: Ability to source, evaluate, negotiate with, collaborate with and control risks of distributors; continuously optimize channel network around performance target
- Key Account Management: Directly establish and maintain relationships with regional clinical KOLs; drive them to become loyal users and advocates for the product
- Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with supporting functions and other regional teams; rapidly learn and adapt to company operating mechanisms and management polices
- Business Negotiation: Adopt effective strategies to gain recognition and commitment from stakeholders; particularly in commercial negotiations, negotiate effectively around core company interests to achieve win-win outcomes with channel partners.
