Job Summary
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team in the East Java area to achieve sales targets, expand market penetration, and grow Gold Coin feed products while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all sales teams in the assigned area to achieve the sales targets set by company management.
- Coordinate all sales teams in the area to ensure that customer feed payments comply with the rules established by company management.
- Hold coordination meetings or provide updates to the Sales Manager and General Manager regarding feed sales, feed payments, market conditions, and other relevant matters.
- Maintain intensive communication with all sales teams in the respective areas and customers.
- Coordinate the sales forecast from the sales team.
- Conduct regular customer visits.
- Lead the sales team to penetrate the market.
- Increase the number of Gold Coin customers.
- Develop new Gold Coin products.
- Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
Job Requirements
- DVM or Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Feed Mill Company
- Strong industry network and relationships
- Proficient in marketing/sales area
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Will handle East Java area
