What You Will Experience:
- Responsible on managing daily sales operations of our paper products as coverage area in East Java and surroundings.
- Responsible to achieve and increasing sales target.
- Open new market as well as maintain existing customer.
- Manage distributor and monitor sales activities.
- Monitor and motivate sales team members.
- Implement promotional programs as well as managing budget, stock and distribution.
What is Required:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.
- At least 7 years exprience on handling sales as Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager covering Surabaya and East Java.
- Preferably from FMCG or paper industry background.
- Familiar with sales area coverage in East Java and surroundings.
- High achiever and target oriented person.
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skill.
- Passionate on handling and motivating subordinates.
- Experiences manage sales in coverage area.
- Preferable owning a vehicle and willing to mobile, as coverage area.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya, East Java.
