Job Description Summary
Responsible for executing sales and distribution strategies to achieve sales targets, drive volume growth, expand product distribution, and increase product penetration and availability across the assigned territory.
Job Description :
- Achieve sales, distribution (PC, EC, AO), and product availability targets across all channels in the Sumbagteng area.
- Build, coach, and collaborate effectively with the distributor team.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor key accounts, including Pareto Outlets, FS Outlets, and LMT.
- Identify potential market opportunities and develop target customers within each sales channel.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
