Area Sales Manager (Apotek)

Key Responsibility:

• Develop and implement regional business strategies—including sales targets, market penetration, and channel development, based on market analysis, regional potential, and business performance to drive sales growth.
• Manage the regional sales forecasting process based on historical data, market trends, and product performance, and ensure supply readiness through coordination with relevant functions and distributor partners to meet market demand.
• Oversee regional sales performance by monitoring the performance of outlets, channels, and sales teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets and market share.
• Maintain good relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
• Oversee the execution of sales operations in the region, including inventory availability, the implementation of promotional programs, outlet activities, and distribution operations through distributors to ensure operational excellence standards.
• Conduct periodic team performance evaluations and develop improvement action plans to ensure the achievement of regional targets.
• Conduct periodic reviews of regional business performance and prepare business performance and business planning reports for management to serve as a basis for strategic decision-making.
• Be responsible for managing regional accounts receivable and ensuring that the collection process is carried out in accordance with regulations to maintain healthy business cash flow.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or other related fields.
• 4–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably handling Pharmacy, FMCG, Consumer Health, or Skincare channels, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leader role.
• Understanding of pharmacy distribution, pharmacy chain operations, sales execution, and skincare/FMCG industry.
