Area Sales Executive

Role Description The Area Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Mataram. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned area by managing and expanding relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and business partners. Daily activities include visiting customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and ensuring effective product placement and visibility. The Area Sales Executive monitors market trends, collects feedback, and prepares regular sales reports to support strategic decisions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on promotions, stock availability, and customer service to drive sustainable sales growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales or area sales, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or skincare.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with business and retail partners.
• Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and prepare clear reports.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while coordinating with head office teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area and work on-site in Mataram.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfortable using basic office and sales software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or reporting tools).
