Area Manager

About the Role

Manage and oversee operational activities across multiple barbershop branches, ensuring consistent service excellence standards, monitoring branch performance metrics, and driving operational efficiency across the area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operasional several branch
• Ensure service excellence standards are consistently implemented across all branches
• Monitor branch performance including revenue, targets, and capster productivity
• Conduct coaching and periodic evaluations of leaders and capsters
• Maintain customer experience quality according to hospitality standards
• Resolve operational challenges and improve work efficiency
• Coordinate with HR and management teams regarding human resource needs
• Prepare routine area performance reports

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any field (Hospitality or Management preferred)
• Minimum 2–4 years experience as Supervisor or Area Manager in Hospitality, F&B, retail, or barbershop
• Understanding of multi-branch operations and team management
• Leadership qualities, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
• Accustomed to working with targets and KPIs
• Willing to be mobile and conduct branch visits
• Problem solver with results-oriented approach
