Area Manager Operation (F&B)

PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk is looking for an experienced Area Manager Operation (F&B) to lead and drive operational excellence across our outlets in Bali.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operational performance of multiple outlets.
• Ensure sales, profitability, and operational targets are achieved.
• Monitor service quality and compliance with company SOPs.
• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and operational teams.
• Analyze sales and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major (Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the F&B industry, including at least 2 years as an Area Manager or Operations Manager.
• Experienced in managing multiple outlets and achieving business targets.
• Strong understanding of P&L, food cost, labor cost, and operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
