Mazda Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager and Fleet professional to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional and fleet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, corporate clients, and fleet customers.
- Monitor dealer performance, providing support and training to ensure alignment with Mazda's standards.
- Identify new business opportunities in the fleet segment and expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in area management, fleet sales, or automotive sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and develop effective strategies.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- A valid driver's license is required.
