Area Coordinator Officer

PT TASTI Anugerah Mandiri (member of Astra Group) is a trading company specializing in the distribution of Toyota Genuine Parts across Indonesia.

We are looking for an Area Coordinator Officer who is analytical, business-minded, and capable of coordinating cross-functional initiatives to support branch performance and business growth.

Placement: WFO - Sunter, North Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate business activities across assigned branches and areas
• Capture and translate customer needs and market insights into actionable initiatives
• Drive and support branch Kaizen initiatives to deliver value-added services to customers
• Analyze, evaluate, and report sales performance (revenue, gross profit, and A/R), marketing programs (internal & external), and customer expansion initiatives
• Monitor branch operations and market potential by area, branch, and product to identify business opportunities
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate permanent corrective actions to address root causes
• Develop effective marketing and channel strategies aligned with market opportunities and business objectives
• Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to company SOPs and standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for internal and external audits, marketing initiatives, customer gatherings, and company events

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in any major (Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines are preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience or exposure in the automotive industry, sales, marketing, or business operations will be a plus
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Interest or experience in market analysis, business strategy, or marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong ability to organize priorities and work effectively across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Proactive, accountable, and adaptable, with strong integrity and a growth-oriented mindset
