Area Business Manager

This position is responsible for ensuring the proper and effective operation of sales in his/her coverage area. This role also requires individuals to maintain and increase sales growth, hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team (from KC Softex or Distributor) in promoting and selling KC Softexs product. He/she also oversees the day-to-day work and operations of lower-level employees to ensure adherence to organizational guidelines. Designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic sales plans that expand the companys customer base, ensure its strong presence, and also identify new market opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintaining and increasing sales of KC Softexs products.
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer accounts in the coverage area.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategies and set targets.
• Identifying new market opportunities.
• Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach the target.
• Cooperating with related parties to increase sales.
• Interviewing and hiring new employees for his team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/ S1 any major.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the sales area.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, including a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed.
• Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership skills, having the ability to manage and motivate people to achieve.
• Excellent planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Computer literate, especially in Ms. Office.
• Willing to be placed in Bengkulu, West Sumatra.
