Area Business Manager

Key Responsibility:

- Supervise and mentor Business Development staff

- Build and acquire new sales leads and grow potential hotel and property owners

- Develop and execute strategies to onboard new properties and improve market penetration.

- Implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and revenue generation.

- Analyze market trends and Implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Experience 4+ years at the same position as a Sales Hotel/villa hotel/ Travel Agent
• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree preferably in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
• Experience in leading and managing team Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations Well groomed, outgoing personality and good interpersonal skill.
• Good integrity and attitude.
• Target oriented.
• Good analytical thinking, negotiation skill and presentation skill.
• Fluent in English oral and written
