Responsibilities :
- Acquire new merchants to use Accurate POS.
- Develop a strong touch sales pipeline, focused on the different vertical.
- Drive business meetings in the field.
- Accurate account and pipeline management with professional-level of forecasting.
- Expertly demonstrate value proposition and benefits.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close working with the team.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team toward achieving collective goals.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
- Min. 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in POS system/Accounting Software/SaaS Industry.
- Strong understanding of market characteristics and business potential in the Central Java area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Accustomed to working with targets, KPIs, and a result-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform sales data analysis and forecasting.
- Experience in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Ability to develop and execute area sales strategies (territory management).
- Willingness to travel frequently with high mobility within the assigned area.
- High integrity, professional attitude, and ability to collaborate across teams.
