In this role, you will be playing an important part on our sales in East Java through developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and monitor sales productivity and performance in area.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets in the coverage area.
- Grow our sales by expanding into new outlets (MT, GT, Horeca & Others).
- Carry out distribution activities to ensure availability & visibility of DSM products in the coverage area.
- Monitor and coordinate with distributors to ensure healthy inventory sell in and sellout.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D4-S1 degree.
- Proficient in English (both writing & speaking) is advantage.
- Have experience min 2 years (FMCG & Horeca industry more preferable).
- Have knowledge and understanding on managing distributors, channel development, and area development.
- Have good communication skills & teamwork with both internal and external parties.
- Highly motivated to achieve targets & new market development.
- Have high integrity & ability to multitask, teamwork, and adapt to changing environment.
