Architecture & Interior CAD Drafter (Full-time Hybrid)

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled CAD Drafter to support our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and modifying technical drawings and construction details according to company standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update Detailed Engineering Drawings (DED) using AutoCAD software based on Sketchup models (AutoCAD, or similar).
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, details, and compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to incorporate revisions and project requirements.
• Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation in a structured manner.
• Provide technical support for design details, presentations, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum Associate's in Architectural Drafting (SMK)
• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD required SketchUp.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Work Hours

This is a full time contract position. Work hours are flexible as long as deadlines are met.

Duration

The duration of this position is 2-3 months, with the possibility of extending based on performance and project needs.

Location and Travel

Our studio is located at Kelapa Gading. Although this a hybrid role, some on-site work will be needed for essential collaborative work and team coordination.
