We are a construction consulting company specializing in architectural design, construction supervision, and technical audit. We are seeking an Architectural Drafter to support our design and documentation process across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and able to translate design concepts into accurate construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Develop shop drawings and construction documentation based on design intent
- Coordinate drawings with structural and MEP disciplines
- Revise drawings based on design development, site conditions, and consultant feedback
- Assist architects during design development and tender stages
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and standards
- Support supervision and audit teams with as-built drawings when required
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as an architectural drafter (consulting background preferred)
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
- Strong understanding of construction details and building systems
- Able to work accurately under deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in villa, residential, or hospitality projects
Familiarity with PBG/SLF documentation
Basic understanding of construction supervision process
