Prepare, update, and develop working drawings (including shop drawings, as-built drawings, and architectural drawings) as well as presentation drawings for Urban, Landscape, and Planning projects in accordance with the Company's technical standards
Support the Urban & Landscape team and the Architect Planning team by ensuring all design and drawing documentation is well-coordinated across disciplines
Assist the Urban team with data entry and updates in the GIS information system as part of the area planning documentation process
Qualifications:
Minimum education: SMK in Construction Engineering or Diploma related to Architecture or Civil Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Drafter in a property developer, architectural consultant, or contractor company
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D and BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp)
Experienced in producing detailed working drawings (shop drawings and as-built drawings)
Knowledgeable about technical standards, building regulations, and construction procedures
Able to coordinate drawings across multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
