As an Architectural Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed goods for construction 2D and 3D drawings for architectural projects. You will work closely with senior architects, engineers, and other professionals to produce accurate and high-quality architectural designs. This role requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in architectural software.
- Translate intricate design concepts and sketches into precise, detailed CAD drawings.
- Work hand in hand with senior architects and designers to manifest ideas into functional, visually captivating architectural plans.
- Generate meticulous and comprehensive drawings that adhere to industry standards and project prerequisites.
- Review and enhance drawings as required, accommodating design iterations and refinements.
- Uphold impeccable documentation practices, ensuring a well-organized repository of CAD files.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and external collaborators to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in CAD software.
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Work with team members and procurement managers to complete duties as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Construction Drafting, Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- English spoken fluently.
- Keen attention to detail and unwavering precision in drafting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architecture Drafter or related position.
- Proficient computer skills: Auto Cad, Sketchup 2D and 3D, and basic administration programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
