Architectural Designer

We are seeking a well-rounded Architectural Designer who can contribute across multiple levels of design and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow with our firm.

The following is a list of what we are looking for in skills and mindset.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (minimum)
• 4+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm
• Advanced construction drawing/detailing expertise
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken, required)
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency (xrefs, advanced drafting required)
• Revit experience a plus
• Hospitality or Multifamily housing experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation
• Team-oriented, motivated, and growth-minded

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and assemble concept design, design development, and full construction documents, including permit-ready plan sets
• Collaborate with internal team members and consultants to ensure clarity, accuracy, and project success
