Responsibilities
- Develop architectural design concepts for hotel/apartment projects in accordance with brand identity, functionality, and established standards.
- Prepare working drawings (DED), layouts, and design visualizations (2D/3D).
- Supervise design implementation and ensure on-site execution complies with drawings and specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations, permits, and safety standards.
- Manage design revisions based on operational needs and management input.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants throughout the project.
- Prepare design concept estimates related to space efficiency and cost optimization (value engineering).
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience as an Architect (experience in hotel/apartment projects is a strong advantage).
- Proficient in design software, including:
AutoCAD
SketchUp / Revit
Additional software such as Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray is an advantage
- Strong understanding of building standards, basic utilities (MEP), and permitting regulations.
- Able to work in a detailed, structured, and timely manner.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative, solution-oriented, with a good sense of hospitality aesthetics.
- Willing to conduct site visits and on-site monitoring.
