Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Architect with at least three years of proven professional experience in design and project delivery. This role combines architectural expertise with project management, account management, and material specification skills.
The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also excels in communication, relationship management, and client engagement. You will serve as both a design leader and trusted advisorguiding projects from concept through completion, while cultivating long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Specification
- Develop design concepts, drawings, and technical documentation with a focus on premium stone applications.
- Act as a material specifieradvising on stone selection, application, and technical detailing.
- Translate client requirements into creative yet practical design solutions.
Project Management
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
- Manage schedules, deliverables, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Conduct site reviews and provide solutions to maintain design excellence.
Client & Relationship Management
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted partner.
- Present design proposals and material recommendations with clarity and impact.
- Engage with clients using strong communication and social skills to foster trust and collaboration.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide junior designers with both technical and creative direction.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Represent Tuscany Marbles as a design ambassador, advocating innovative use of natural materials.
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and material innovations.
- Introduce new perspectives to elevate design and material integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with proven project leadership.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, technical precision, and material application.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent soft skillscommunication, presentation, social and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management and client engagement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of construction processes, technical detailing, and industry standards.
- Passion for architecture, interiors, and natural materials.
