Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Architect Interior Specialist at Maevy Project in Jakarta. The Interior Architect will be responsible for architecture, space planning, interior design, fit-out, and architecture interior tasks on a day-to-day basis. Further details include:

  • Develop space planning, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for architecture and interior projects.
  • Translate design concepts into architectural plans and 3D visualizations.
  • Prepare technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align architectural solutions with design intent.
  • Conduct site visits and supervise implementation to ensure design quality and construction standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Provide innovative solutions in materials, lighting, and spatial composition.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years working experience as architect / interior designer.
  • Space Planning and Interior Design skills
  • Proficient in 3D modelling program for interior and architecture.
  • Proficient in ability to render image is a plus
  • Architecture / Interior proficiency
  • Experience in Interior Fit-out projects
  • Strong design and creative thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
