Purpose Of The Role

Responsible for handling cashier operations, Account Receivable (AR) settlement and Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Documentation. The role ensures proper handling and documentation of financial transaction, settlement, reconciliation payment from customer and maintenance of FTZ related documentation.

What You'll Do

• Handle & process daily cash and transfer payments, verify supporting documents to ensure transaction accuracy and prepare periodic reports.
• Prepare AR Settlement and reconciliation reports as required.
• Prepare vendor payment journal entries.
• Maintain organized hardcopy and electronic of FTZ documents
• Provide supporting documents for internal and external audit when required.
• Others as assigned by direct supervisor.

• Basic Accounting Knowledge and excel skills
• Able to handle cash & payment transactions
• High Accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling payments and documentation.
• Able to Coordinate effectively with other departments.

• Minimum bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience in AR Settlement, Cashier and FTZ Documentation is an advantage
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented and accurate
