Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR Caller to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, communicating with clients about their outstanding invoices, and ensuring timely payments. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound and inbound calls to clients regarding their accounts receivable.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and payment reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and send account statements to clients as needed.
• Achieve monthly collection targets as set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
