Job Summary

Aegan Technologies is hiring experienced AR Callers and Senior AR Callers for US Healthcare operations. We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in Physician Billing and Denial Management to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling for US Healthcare providers
• Work on Physician Billing (CMS-1500) claims
• Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims
• Manage and resolve denials and rejections
• Ensure timely claim resolution and maximize collections
• Maintain accurate documentation of call outcomes

Required Skills

• Experience in Physician Billing (CMS 1500)
• Strong knowledge of billing cycle & claim processing
• Hands-on experience in Denial Management
• Good communication skills (oral & written)
• Ability to work in US shift environment

Note: Candidates with Athena experience will not be considered

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1 to 4 years (relevant AR Calling)
• Qualification: Any graduate
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (max 15 days)
