What You'll Do
Depending on the team assignment, you may:
- Support business analysis, reporting, and operational activities
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis
- Contribute to product development and product management initiatives
- Support actuarial modeling, pricing analysis, and data validation
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and performance reports
- Support data entry, data validation, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking and reporting.
- Participate in strategic projects and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
Who We're Looking For
- Final-year undergraduate students or fresh graduates (graduated within the last 12 months)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship/apprenticeship program
- Willing to work in a hybrid setting (3 days in office and 2 days from home) in South Jakarta
- Passionate about building a career in Actuarial, Marketing, Product Management, Operation Governance & COO Office, Health, or Agency functions
- For candidates interested in Actuarial or Actuarial Pricing opportunities, passing one or more preliminary actuarial examinations (PAI and/or SOA) will be considered an advantage. Likewise, candidates pursuing opportunities in Operations Governance & COO Office functions will benefit from exposure to data management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, testing activities, and project coordination
