What You'll Do
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and quality assurance activities across various business projects.
- Create, execute, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation.
- Analyze business requirements and user stories to ensure system solutions meet expected outcomes.
- Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects and issues discovered during testing.
- Prepare reports, testing results, and project-related documentation.
- Monitor system performance and support post-deployment activities.
- Coordinate with business users, analysts, developers, and project teams to support project delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
Who We're Looking For
- Final-year undergraduate students with no classes to attend during the internship period, or fresh graduates (graduated within the last 12 months).
- Majoring in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Fast learner with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to commit to a full-time 6-month apprenticeship program.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setting (3 days in office and 2 days from home) in South Jakarta, depending on business requirements.
- Passionate about Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Systems, Technology Projects, and Digital Transformation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, software testing lifecycle, regression testing, defect tracking, or QA methodologies will be considered an advantage.
- Experience performing UAT, system testing, software development projects, or related academic projects will be considered an advantage.
