Apprenticeship Talent Pool - Legal, Compliance & Governance

At Prudential Indonesia, we are continuously looking for talented and motivated students and fresh graduates to join our Apprenticeship Program. By joining our Talent Pool, your profile will be considered for future internship opportunities across several business functions, including Health Provider Management & Risk Management & Compliance, Legal, and Governance functions.

• Health Provider Management: Provider Contract
• Risk Management & Compliance: AML Reviewer; Regulatory & Advisory Compliance

What You'll Do

Depending on the team assignment, you may:

• Support compliance, governance, and risk management activities across various business functions.
• Conduct research, data analysis, due diligence reviews, and regulatory monitoring activities.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, newsletters, and other business documentation.
• Support contract administration, document management, and record-keeping processes.
• Assist in compliance reviews, regulatory gap analysis, and policy implementation initiatives.
• Support stakeholder coordination, awareness programs, workshops, and training activities.
• Monitor, track, and follow up on operational, compliance, and project-related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• Final-year or recent graduates in Law/Criminology (within 12 months).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.
• Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship/apprenticeship program.
• Willing to work in a hybrid or office-based setting in South Jakarta, depending on business requirements.
• Passionate about building a career in Risk Management & Compliance or Health Provider Management functions.
• Exposure to compliance, legal research, contract administration, due diligence processes, regulatory monitoring, or risk management activities will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop, or content creation activities is a plus.
