Responsibilities:

• Primary roles to involve in Prudential Indonesias end to end recruitment process and administrative tasks.
• To fulfil internship/apprenticeship request as per assigned.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or Final-year student, in any major (preferably has deep interest in HR)
• Good problem solving & communication skill
• Team player highly motivated person able to work with less supervision
• Action & customer oriented
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office
• Willing to do hybrid arrangements: WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi area, South Jakarta
• Committed to join for 6 months internship
