Responsibilities
- Primary roles to involve in Prudential Indonesia's end to end recruitment process and administrative tasks
- To fulfil internship/apprenticeship request as per assigned department.
Requirements
- Committed to join for 6 months internship
- Willing to do hybrid arrangements: WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi area, South Jakarta
- Fresh Graduate/Last Year Student, in any major (Industrial Engineering or Psychology preferable has deep interest in HR)
- Has past experience in writing
- Good problem solving & communication skill
- Team player highly motivated person able to work with less supervision
- Action & customer oriented
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office
