Apprenticeship - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Job Description:

• Primary roles to involve in Prudential Indonesia to do end to end recruitment process and administrative tasks.
• To fulfil internship/apprenticeship requests as per assigned departments.
• Assisting TA EB Team to handle several projects, BAU and initiatives.
• Assisting Employer Branding roles.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate/Last Year Student, in any major (Industrial Engineering or Psychology preferable – has deep interest in HR).
• Preferably has experience in creating social media content.
• Good problem solving & communication skills.
• Team player – highly motivated person – able to work with less supervision.
• Action & customer oriented.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office.
• Willing to do hybrid arrangements: WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi area, South Jakarta.
• Committed to join for 6 months internship.
