Responsibilities:

• Collected, cleaned, and analyzed Guided Care data to support monitoring of customer journey performance and operational insights
• Supported Guided Care initiatives by coordinating customer journey, booking flow, and provider-related processes across business and IT teams
• Prepared and communicated customer journey, user stories, and process documentation for internal review and system implementation
• Actively participated in cross-functional meetings (PLAI, PRUConcierge, IT, TPA) to support project alignment and delivery

Requirements:

• College student majoring in finance Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• Have a good analytic skill
• Have a general knowledge in Excel & MS Office (Insert, delete, copy, paste & some basic formula is an advantage)
• Committed to do WFO/Hybrid working
