Job Descriptions :
- Support customer data projects assist our data wizards in analyzing customer behavior, profiling, segmentation, and campaign performance.
- Work with real databases use SQL to extract, clean, and prepare customer data for reporting and analysis.
- Turn numbers into stories help translate data into actionable insights that support business decisions and customer strategies.
- Build / manage dashboards and visuals using Excel and, if you're familiar, Power BI to make data easy to understand and share.
- Collaborate with other teams occasionally support engagement or loyalty programs by preparing datasets, performance trackers, or campaign insights.
Job Requirements :
- Recent graduates or final-year student (with no active classes) majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL able to join, filter, and query large datasets with confidence.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic data manipulation.
- Analytical mindset enjoys digging into data, spotting trends, and making sense of numbers.
- Experience using Power BI to build dashboards or data visualizations.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
- Exposure to customer segmentation or marketing analytics through projects or coursework.
- Able to commit for 6 months internship period.
- Willing to follow hybrid regulation WFO (3x) & WFH (2x) in South Jakarta.
