Apprenticeship - Brand & Sponsorship

Job Description:

1. Be the brand guardian to support the consistency of brand application in all Prudential collaterals.
2. Responsible in day-to-day execution of Design Request and Design Approval Request, coordinating briefs from users to designer, managing traffic requests and ensuring sign-off filing for all outputs filed accordingly.
3. Provide administrative support for the Sponsorship SOP daily day execution by managing requests, coordinating reviews and approvals, maintaining the sponsorship logbook, and ensuring complete documentation and filing.
4. Support partnership/sponsorship Marketing led in identifying potential opportunities and managing negotiation, following the Sponsorship SOP process, to final execution & report.
5. Support in desk research and preparation plan for related project needs.

Requirements:

1. Students in final year or fresh graduate from all major related to marketing and communications studies.
2. Excellence in written and verbal communication with organization experiences is a plus.
3. Interest in branding and marketing, growing skills in creative content or understanding copy writing is a must.
4. Excellence in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and Canva.
5. Understand basic administrative work, attention to details and timeline oriented.
6. Self-starter with good organizational skills, and willing to learn in fast paced environment
