Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers with day-to-day project marketing activities.

• Coordinate activities with other relevant department current projects.

• Send the designer team to brief design from another department

• Involved in the creation of digital advertising/Printed.

• Make MOM after the meeting ends.

• Collaborate with vendors about current work projects.

• Brief Vendor to make Video Product/Campaign related to our Visual Communication and Brand Guideline.

• Brief Vendor/Designer to make Marketing Collateral for communication product.

• To do necessary desk research supporting relate projects needs

Requirements:

• Students in final year or fresh graduate from all major related to marketing and communications studies.

• Excellence in written and verbal communications with skills in creative content or copy writing is a plus.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite daily, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Understand basic administrative work, attention to details and timeline oriented

• Have interest to work in the field of Brand, Campaign & Activations Marketing.

• A quick learner with strength ability in communication, organization, and problem-solving skill that enables to do work effectively in team or independently with minimal supervision.
