Apprenticeship - Agency Experience and Operation

Responsibilities:

• Melakukan pengecekan dan monitoring kode agen Bancassurance (PLA & PSLA - Bosphorus) pada sistem Life Asia.
• Melakukan verifikasi pengajuan kode agen Agency melalui PRUForce maupun aplikasi manual (PDF) pada sistem Life Asia.
• Melakukan validasi surat sponsorship berdasarkan pengajuan onboarding agen dengan data pada sistem Life Asia.
• Melakukan pengecekan dan monitoring kode agen Corporate Business (Corbiz) untuk memastikan akurasi dan kelayakan.
• Melakukan pengecekan dan validasi kode lisensi agen pada sistem Life Asia berdasarkan data yang diberikan oleh tim Licensing (AAJI/AASI).

Requirements:

• Final year student (with no class to attended) or fresh graduate in Administration or equivalent major.
• Willing to do hybrid working system (3x WFO & 2x WFH) from Kota Kasablanka, South Jakarta
• Committed with 6 months internship period
• Very good knowledge on Ms. Excel (familiar with Vlookup, Hlookup, Xlookup formulas)
• Experience in insurance industry & great in English is a plus
