Job Description:

• Compile data such as:

a. Welcome Call Report

b. Premium Payment on behalf of Agency Monitoring

c. Contactability Data

d. Revoke Complain

e. Customer Complaint/Potencial Complain and then process data and follow up to respective RBDO/BDO

• Process data and inform to Agency Comm to several follow up that need communicated to Agency through PRUForce.
• Checking agent status on AAJI/AASI web page

Requirements:

• Understanding and able to operate word and excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
