Job Description

Appraisal

  • Responsible for performing appraisal functions in accordance with consistent work standards, ensuring adherence to TAT/SLA/SLI and compliance with applicable credit policies related to collateral valuation.
  • Conduct City Planning/Zoning checks (Advis Planning) and coordinate with MAPPI, KJPP, and other relevant institutions/agencies regarding asset/collateral valuation for the Bank.

CAC (Credit Administration & Custody)

  • Follow up on insurance policies from partner insurance companies and brokers, including monitoring policy renewals to ensure continuous coverage compliance.
  • Perform custodial duties for credit files and original collateral/legal documents in accordance with established SOPs.
  • Manage administrative processes related to document borrowing, permanent release, and preparation of supporting forms/documents such as STTJ, BAST, SKL, and other related documentation.

Head Office: Jakarta

Region East Java: Surabaya, Kediri and surrounding

Qualifications & Requirements

Appraisal

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in asset/collateral valuation, property appraisal, or credit collateral assessment.
  • Understanding of valuation standards and coordination with external appraisal institutions (e.g., KJPP/MAPPI).
  • Familiar with city planning/zoning checks and property-related regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical capability in assessing asset value and risk exposure.

CAC (Credit Administration & Custody)

  • Experience in credit administration, document custody, or operational support in banking.
  • Strong administrative and documentation management skills, particularly in handling original legal and collateral documents.
  • Familiar with insurance documentation and policy monitoring/renewal processes.
  • Experience in managing document release, borrowing administration, and preparation of operational forms (e.g., STTJ, BAST, SKL).
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and compliance with SOPs in document handling and storage.
