This is a full-time, on-site role in Tasikmalaya for an Applied Science Specialist in Sales and Marketing. The role includes building relationships with customers, providing technical support, educating customers on product use, and delivering training sessions. The Applied Science Specialist will research customer needs, analyze market trends, and create effective strategies to support sales and marketing efforts while promoting PT Flexylabs Instrument Indonesia's products and services.

• Strong background in Science and Research with a good understanding of laboratory equipment and techniques
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess data, solve problems, and evaluate market trends
• Excellent Communication and Education skills to engage with clients and provide effective training
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to customer needs
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for sales and marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or a related field
• Experience in sales, marketing, or applied science in the medical or laboratory industry is a plus
