Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Applied Science in Sales and Marketing, based in Tasikmalaya and its surrounding areas. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, understanding customer needs, providing scientific product education, and offering tailored solutions to support client projects. The role also entails conducting market analysis, preparing sales strategies, and delivering excellent customer service while promoting PT Flexylabs portfolio of laboratory products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Science and Research, with the ability to understand and explain scientific concepts.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate data and strategize solutions effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and presenting information.
• Experience or interest in Education-related tasks, such as conducting training and workshops for clients.
• Passion for customer-focused problem-solving and delivering value through scientific solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred.
• Experience in sales or knowledge of laboratory equipment and reagents is advantageous.
