We're looking for an Application Support professional to join our team!
Job Description
- Provide support and troubleshooting for users related to company systems and applications.
- Handle and resolve support tickets within the agreed SLA.
- Assist users in using various business tools such as CRM, reporting systems, and other internal applications.
- Investigate system issues and coordinate with relevant teams when escalation is required.
- Maintain user documentation, guidelines, and knowledge base materials.
- Ensure issues are resolved effectively while providing clear and professional communication to users.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support, System Support, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with business applications such as CRM systems, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or other enterprise tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-based support processes.
- Ability to maintain documentation, SOP, user guides, and knowledge base materials.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to explain technical concepts to users in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
