Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Level 2 onsite support for multiple application systems and ticket handling from users.
  • Communicate and interface with vendors and customers.
  • Work with users and IT members on a routine basis to troubleshoot reported problems pertaining to application software.
  • Daily monitoring to make sure all application running as normally.
  • Identify, log, and resolve technical problems of the scope (Incident Management).
  • Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify faults.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to service delivery manager.
  • Generate reports and write documentation, e.g., maintenance guide, operation manuals, knowledge management, and continuous service improvements.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years experience .NET (C#, VB)
  • 3-5 years experience Microsoft SQL Server (SSIS, Stored Procedure, View, Function)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluent to communicate in English for writing and speaking
  • Ability to identify innovation opportunities, define and deliver innovative ideas
  • Hardworking, pro-active, honest, fast learner, responsibility on job, highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Have pleasant personality, hardworking, able to work in a team and able to work at all levels
  • Strong analytical skill, problem-solving skill, trouble shooting and handle the incident management and can think out of the box
