Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management practices.
- Experience with automation tools to streamline operational tasks.
- Ability to analyze complex system logs and troubleshoot multi-component environments.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of scripting languages to support automation and integration efforts.
