Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Sales Specialist based in Tasikmalaya and surrounding areas. The role involves promoting and selling our products, providing training and support to customers, and ensuring they fully realize the value of the solutions we deliver. Additionally, the Application Sales Specialist will assist in managing sales operations and collaborate closely with clients to address their laboratory needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including familiarity with laboratory equipment and processes
• Sales expertise, including a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and foster customer relationships
• Experience in delivering Training to educate clients on products and solutions
• Understanding of Sales Operations, including managing sales processes and administrative tasks
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking to address customer needs and improve sales performance
• Bachelor's degree in a Life Science Major (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, etc)
• Prior experience in a laboratory or healthcare environment is advantageous
