About this Position Executes engineering tasks based on defined designs and specifications, collaborates with external contractors to ensure quality delivery, sets up and calibrates complex manufacturing equipment, and drives process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
What Youll Do
- Executes the operational plan of an engineering task based on engineering designs and work specifications
- Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products
- Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications
- Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field
- Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience are welcome
- Knowledge of glue applicators
- Understanding of packaging and labelling machinery, including maintenance skills
- Proficiency in PC skills, including office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation
- Preferred (can be developed after joining through a development plan and training): -
- Knowledge of adhesives
- Capability to handle applications across our division (Personal Hygiene, Tobacco, Sports & Fashion)
